Online Business Secrets - Do You Know Your Purpose?

Hey whats up yall!  I just finished posting my latest YouTube video a few hours ago and wanted to give you a little background on why I did that video.  Basically, the video is aimed at online entrepreneurs and poses the question, “how strong is your purpose?”

First off, I didn’t realize how uptight I was at the beginning of the video until I watched it a few times on YouTube.  If it’s one thing that I hate it’s sounding or feeling tense on a YouTube video.  What happened is that my two girls, Tana and Savannah, were in the next room while I was recording so I was talking and trying to listen to them at the same time.

Anyhow, the reason I decided to do this video is that I was thinking about how tough it can be to start an online business when you have a full time job as well as family responsibilities.  And the whole thing made me ask myself how I’ve been able to hang in there and keep things moving with my own online business – even though there’s been tough times.

My answer reminded me of something that I’ve heard a lot of network marketers talk about – which is that my reason for being in business is so crystal clear that when things get tough I can see a very specific image in my mind that represents my reason for being in business – my two daughters.

It boils down to this…It’s absolutely critical that when time comes and the $%#! hits the fan for you and your online business that you have a solid foundation.  And just what is that foundation?  Quite simply, it’s your purpose.

See…If you started your online business or are thinking of starting an online business because you need to earn extra money or because you wanna be your own boss that’s fine.

But put it like this…Will just wanting to make some extra money be enough to keep you going even after pouring hundreds or thousands of dollars into your internet business-without seeing returns?  Probably not.

However, one thing that will help sustain your business, even in the midst of hard times, is having a larger than life reason for building your online marketing business.
