It's their article where they review 24 e-commerce sites for ease of use-which is critical if your business model calls for you selling stuff online.

What I found nice about the reviews is that they're somewhat inter disciplinary. They critique the design of each site from the navigational point of view, but then there is the practical side too-i.e. "was the privacy or returns policy clearly posted in a conspicuous place that the consumer would naturally expect them to be?" and etc.

But these observations also have implications for the sites' search friendliness and that's the other thing that I like about the reviews.

As a side note this whole thing has got me wondering whether anyone has done similar reviews and posted them somewhere on some of Africa's e-commerce conteners-like Safaricom, Kalahari.net, eShopAfrica, and others?
